Picked this because it showed as available, then later got told it was actually out of stock... annoying honestly

I tried ordering from musclegears.in because the discounts looked better than what I was seeing on other sites. The coupon applied without any issue, and I ended up saving a decent amount. Delivery was okay, not exactly super quick, but nothing to complain about either. From this one order, it feels like they’re a good option if you’re mainly looking for offers. I just wish more items stayed in stock during sales

I tried reaching out to musclegears.in about my order, and the whole experience was frustrating. The replies took a long time, and when they finally responded, it didn’t really answer my question. Even a small update about where my order stood would’ve helped, but it felt like they weren’t bothered at all. Definitely not the kind of customer support I expected, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

To be fair, the ordering process itself was fine, but the tracking has been useless. It hasn’t updated at all, and I still have no idea where my order is or when it’s supposed to arrive...

I was expecting a lot better for the price. The packaging was fine, so I had decent hopes when it arrived, but the actual product felt cheap and disappointing. It just didn’t match what I thought I was paying for, and I don’t think I’d order from here again.

I used this for weeks and didn’t notice any visible results. At first I figured maybe I just needed to give it more time, but then it felt like the goalposts kept moving, use it longer, use it a different way, wait a bit more. After all that, it still didn’t do anything for me.

I also don’t have much confidence that customer service would be helpful if something went wrong, which makes me even less willing to spend more here. Not really worth it for me

I ordered from musclegears.in thinking it would show up in a few days like most online orders do, but the delivery dragged on so much that I kept opening the tracking page again and again, hoping something had changed, and it barely seemed to move at all.
By the time the package finally reached me I was already irritated, and even if the product itself turns out to be okay, the whole waiting around part really spoiled the experience for me, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering again anytime soon.

The box showed up crushed, and the seal seemed loose too. Maybe it happened during shipping, I’m not sure, but it definitely didn’t feel properly packed and I wasn’t too happy about it.

I didn’t even get a proper confirmation email, which made me really anxious. I tried contacting support, but the replies were slow and didn’t really help much. I still want to trust them because I’ve had good experiences earlier, but this payment issue really shook my confidence. I don’t think I’ll order again until they sort this out properly.

I returned the item expecting the refund to be handled in a reasonable time, but it ended up taking much longer than it should have. I had to follow up twice before anything actually moved forward, which was frustrating. At that point it felt like I had to escalate the issue just to get a basic refund processed.

I ordered from musclegears.in once, but the pack felt a bit off right away. The seal looked weird and the taste wasn’t the same as the one I’d bought earlier from somewhere else. Even the results felt inconsistent, like it worked when it wanted to. I just couldn’t trust it after that, so I won’t be ordering again.
